Tree Braid Hairstyle
The Tree Braid hairstyle is one of the most popular African American hairstyle which includes extensions to the hair with small braids. It is known to be a very low-maintenance style as it is worn in its natural and unstraightened state without treating it with any chemicals. After using the tree braid on the hair women will have different options in styling the hair. As the tree braid is styled on the hair with extensions, you can easily add length as well as volume to your look.
To get this hairstyle, first divide the hair from front to back of head in half inch wide sections. Then take half inch section of the hair, natural and extension together and divide it into three parts. Start braiding the section from front toward the back of the head. Next pull out few strands of extension in different places and clip it away from the braid. Continue to braid the hair until you reach the end of the hair to make it hang freely by themselves. Now take the middle strand of the braid and tie a knot twice using the remaining sections of your hair under middle strand. Remove the strands that were clipped and leave it to hang over the rest of the hair. Make sure that both hair extensions and natural hair must be able to blend. This hairstyle can stay on your head for about2 to 3 months easily without maintenance.
