Hair extensions are the perfect way to make your hair look long. There are different ways of wearing hairstyles with extensions and one of them is an updo that can give a great look for anyone who wears it. But to create even an half updo the length of the hair must be long and for those who have a short hair can add hair extensions to achieve this style. Here is a simple method to create a half updo with extensions.
To get this hairstyle, curl or straighten the hair and avoid using heated appliances such as curling irons to the extension bonds. Then pull hair from left and right at the back of your head. Next cover the extension bonds with the hair low and to the sides. Pulling your hair straight up on top of the head will expose your bonds. Start to smoothen the pulled hair back with a wide toothed comb and secure it in place using a dressy barrette. Avoid using clamps on your bonds as it can cause hair breakage and discomfort. Try to pull about 1/4 inch wide strand from left and right temple. Mist the hair with a hairspray to keep the hairstyle in place and smooth the top of your hair with the fingers while the hair is still damp from the spray. Now check the sides and back of your hair to make sure that there are no extension bonds showing.
