Crossover Dutch Braid
A crossover Dutch braid is one of the most unique hairstyle that is inspired from the standard Dutch braid. This hairstyle is very much similar to a lace braid, but it will have a separate thin-parted hair section for crossover stranding that can create a very unique look. Here is a simple method that can be used to create this hairstyle on your own.
To create this hairstyle, first create a side part and make a second part half inch away from first part. Secure the hair that is below the part down to keep it away from the styling process. Leave the thin-parted section to hang down over the secured section and start the Dutch braid just over the right eye. Try to add the hair into the bottom strand and reach over to thin parted section of hair on the other side of the original part. Take a small strand of hair to add few twists and bring it down across the entire Dutch braid by adding it into the bottom strand. Continue this process until you reach the end of the hair. After reaching the end of the hair, try to add into the bottom of your braid. Continue this process of creating a simple braid and secure it with elastic. At last adjust the crossover strands as per your desire and mist all over the hairstyle with a hairspray. You can also add any type of hair accessory to make it look more unique.
