Taking Care Of Porous Hair
Porous hair usually makes the hair to absorb excess moisture which can make the strands feel brittle as well as thin. It is very easy to revitalize the hair and restore its health without shaving it which can save time. There is no need to go to a saloon to fix the porous hair as it can be done at home.
Use a shampoo to wash your hair that has keratin which is the main component in hair. Try to wash the hair every other day to retain some natural oils in your scalp. Wash your hair and rinse out the suds with apple cider vinegar to help give the hair a deep cleaning. You can rinse the vinegar from the hair fully and apply a little amount of keratin-rich conditioner in your hands to spread it through your hair from the roots to the ends of the hair. Leave the hair to set for about three minutes and massage the scalp using your fingertips or you can also use a comb to wash out the conditioner. Massaging the head can also lead to a healthier scalp and hair. Squeeze the hair to get rid of excess moisture before going out of the shower and tousle the hair lightly using a towel. Avoid pulling the hair, coloring the hair or twisting it tightly during the drying process as it can cause further damage and always use lukewarm water to wash your hair.
