Rebonding Your Hair At Home
Rebonding is usually done to straighten the hair with a chemical process and it is mostly done by a hair specialist. It is a simple hair straightening technique that can be used on any type of hair. This method can help to achieve sleek and straight looking hair. Here are few steps that can be used to do hair rebonding at home without going to a hairstylist.
First wash the hair and rinse it as usual before drying it with a blow dryer. Next separate the hair into various parts and secure them in place using hair clips. Now wear hand gloves and use a cream softener all over the hair. Leave this product on for about half an hour and use steam on the hair for about 10-20 minutes which usually depends on the texture of the hair. You can put a towel in a hot water and place it on top of the head. Then rinse the hair and dry it again using a blow dryer. Start applying a keratin lotion and use a ceramic flat iron after the hair becomes dry which will help to get rid of curly hair. This will help to straighten the hair and then apply neutralizer on each part of the hair. Try to rinse the hair with cold water and dry it again with the same procedure. At last use a flat iron on each part of the hair to give a final touch up.
