To tone the green hair naturally, use tomato juice on the hair and apply it mainly over the cuticle. Leave the hair with the tomato juice for several minutes before rinsing it with water. You can apply a lemon juice by spraying it into the hair from root to end. Leave the hair for about 5-10 minutes and rinse it as usual. Another option is mixing baking soda and water to spread it over the hair. Leave the mixture on the hair for around ten minutes and rinse it normally. To tone your green hair chemically, first wash the hair using clarifying shampoo and if you are a regular swimmer use the shampoo that has been specially made your hair type. The hairstylist will be able to take out the green color from your hair by adding a red based hair color. Never use ash color on the hair which has green tint because it can increase the green effect.
