Treating Static Hair After Straightening Process
A straightening process may sometimes make your hair have static due to the heat produced by the styling tool. It is important to prevent the static in your hair to keep it moisturized and healthy. There are lots of hairstyling products that can be used to treat this problem by following this simple method.
First get the moisturizing shampoo to wash the hair and condition it to prevent dryness caused by the hairstyling tool. Try to use the hair product that can protect the hair from heating tools such as curling irons, flat irons and more that are used during the straightening process. Don’t wash the hair very often as it can take the natural oils from it causing the hair to stand out. Use a deep hair conditioner about once in a week and mist a leave-in hairspray to maintain the moisture. Stop using the blow dryer for some time when you find static in your hair and it can also help in keeping the hair healthy. Using hair products such as hair gel, frizz cream or straightening serum before the hair straightening process can help to prevent hair damage. Whenever you feel the static in your hair, try to wipe it with cloth dryer sheet as they can help to remove the static from your hair. Try to comb the hair using a metal hair brush and comb with natural fiber as they are known to reduce the static in your hair.
